Position Overview

VIPAR Heavy Duty is seeking a results-oriented Communications & Marketing Specialist with exceptional writing skills and a high level of energy. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a lively corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and execute corporate communications including newsletters, network updates, program information, and messaging for internal and external audiences across multiple brands 📧
• Create, translate, and manage content in English and Spanish, ensuring culturally relevant messaging for diverse audiences 🌍
• Manage and update website and portal content for various corporate brands 🌐
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice, tone, and strategic goals 🤝
• Support marketing, program management, and business development initiatives 🚀
• Work with suppliers and distributors to promote key brands and support project initiatives 🤝
• Manage communication projects and schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials ⏰
• Perform additional duties as assigned 📋

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field 🎓
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) 🗣️📖
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 📝🗣️
• Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities ✍️
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills 📅
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders 🤝

• Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail 🔍 and ability to meet deadlines ⏳

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Express, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) 🖌️
• Experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry 🚚🚗
