Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and results-driven Relationship Manager fluent in Hebrew to:

  • Acquire new clients
  • Deepen existing client relationships
  • Deliver tailored financial solutions aligned with client goals

Key Responsibilities

  • Sources new Centers of Influence (COIs) and acts as the primary contact for new business development, focusing on complex and profitable corporate relationships.
  • Builds and maintains client relationships, attracting and retaining new clients while strengthening existing ones.
  • Focuses on sourcing low-cost deposits, generating treasury fee income, and building primary bank relationships.
  • Maximizes cross-selling opportunities through customer profiling and coordinates with other product partners to win new business.
  • Addresses customer issues related to advisory, Treasury services, and product offerings.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for client relationships, collaborating with Lines of Business (LOB) Relationship Managers and leaders.
  • Utilizes Salesforce CRM for managing client interactions.
  • Represents Valley Bank in civic and community functions.
  • Anticipates emerging customer needs to recommend relevant products, expand business, and foster growth.
  • Provides advisory support, manages deposit accounts, and ensures customer questions and issues are addressed effectively.
  • Opens to coaching and mentorship to onboard new relationships and promote bank products and services, working closely with the LOB manager.

Other Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with regulations including BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC.
  • Complete annual BSA training and report suspicious activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, client relationship management, and financial analysis, especially in credit or credit support.
  • Extensive knowledge of both credit and non-credit commercial banking products.
  • Experience managing high-end Middle Market Clients.
  • Ability to work independently and leverage professional relationships.
  • Willingness to learn about all bank offerings.
  • Full utilization of sales automation tools and related technologies.
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, diplomacy, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager and/or Business Development Officer
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline is preferred
