About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and results-driven professional fluent in Hebrew to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients. Your expertise will help deliver tailored financial solutions, develop new client relationships, and support business expansion within a revenue range of $20 million - $2 billion. Industries under the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) umbrella include plastics, defense, metals, apparel, manufacturing, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management & Growth – Maintain and expand relationships with assigned clients, ensuring engagement and long-term success.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition – Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Tailored Banking Solutions & Cross-Selling – Assess client needs and provide strategic financial solutions such as lending, treasury, and other banking services. Collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell additional products that support client success.
- Credit Structuring, Negotiation & Loan Execution – Identify opportunities, structure credit facilities, negotiate terms, and monitor loan performance. Oversee the credit process to ensure proper documentation, compliance, and successful closing in collaboration with credit partners and legal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Hebrew (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Experience managing commercial clients, preferably in banking
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills as a team player
- Effective business development, sales, and negotiation skills to acquire and expand client relationships
- Excellent analytical and financial assessment capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet business goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools such as Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of commercial lending and loan structuring
