Role Overview

The Commercial Director will take charge of leading and executing the regional sales and commercial strategy. This pivotal role involves expanding market share, forming strategic partnerships with distributors and racket centers, and elevating brand visibility throughout the Americas.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial and sales strategy for the region.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with distributors, sports clubs, and retailers.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with racket centers, sports academies, and tournament organizers.
• Lead business development efforts to introduce products into new markets.
• Design and implement sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns and activate the brand across regional markets.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and market positioning aligned with the company's global strategy.
• Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team as the business scales in the region.
• Provide regular reports to HQ on progress, performance, and market insights.

Qualifications 💼

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales and business development experience (experience in sporting goods or related industries is a plus).
• Strong network within racket sports communities (pickleball, padel, tennis).
• Proven success in expanding sales into new regions.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the USA, Caribbean, and Latin America.
