LoanCare Is Hiring A Collections Supervisor Remote Bilingual (Spanish)

Join Our Team as a Bilingual Collections Supervisor! 🚀

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Collections Department, fostering collaboration and achieving outstanding results for homeowners.

Responsibilities 🎯

  • Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate workflow for the Collections Department
  • Supervise, coach, counsel, and develop assigned staff
  • Effectively counsel all delinquent borrowers through the Collections staff
  • Coordinate work activities to meet operational requirements and suggest improvements
  • Oversee daily operations of the Collections unit, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Manage daily Dialer campaigns and ensure their smooth operation
  • Perform collection activities on accounts when team members face challenges
  • Analyze collections activity to identify trends and assess effectiveness
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Lead staff development through evaluations, disciplinary actions, and training
  • Review and recommend foreclosure options to the Default Management committee
  • Compile data and generate reports for management as needed
  • Provide monthly performance summaries to the manager
  • Evaluate call quality with a minimum of 10 calls per month for each Loan Counselor
  • Develop, update, and train staff on department policies and procedures
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications ✅

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 3 years of collections experience in legal, bankruptcy, default mortgage servicing, or related fields
  • Knowledge of loss mitigation mortgage workouts (loan modifications, short sale, deed-in-lieu, foreclosure)
  • Working knowledge of contact center database applications
  • Skilled in scheduling and volume forecasting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong professionalism and initiative
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Problem-solving with a sense of urgency
  • Conflict resolution skills

Desired Skills & Experience 🌟

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with Ensemble Pro dialer administration preferred
  • Experience utilizing DataViews for reporting preferred
