The Role

As a Collections Agent you will provide an outstanding customer service while applying deeper collection negotiation tactics to determine best options available to assist customers.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

• Making and receiving outbound calls on delinquent accounts.
• Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
• Identifying accounts that require management review
• Maintaining required standards set by the department
• Adherence to Company policies and procedures

This is the right opportunity for you if you&

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years' experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
