Overview

Large-scale language models are transforming from mere chatbots into formidable tools for scientific discovery. Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on topics including asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.
• Document every failure mode to strengthen model reasoning and robustness.
• Engage in conversations with the model regarding software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Russian.
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency.
• Assess the naturalness and correctness of Russian language usage.
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• Real-world coding experience, technical writing in Russian, or open-source contributions.
• Excellent metacognitive communication skills — the ability to clearly "show your work" is essential.

Compensation

We offer a pay range of $8‑to‑$65 per hour. The exact rate will be determined based on experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offers may vary from the listed range.

As a contractor, you will need to provide a secure computer and a high-speed internet connection. Please note that company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO are not included.
