• Location: West Los Angeles, CA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Job Type: Full Time
• Setting: PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)

💰 Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $22.50–$24.00/hr, based on experience, interview outcome, and final decision between the client and candidate.

Talent Strategies partners with a reputable healthcare organization dedicated to elder care through the PACE model. We are seeking a compassionate CNA / Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to assist seniors with daily needs in a team-oriented environment focused on enhancing quality of life. ⏰ Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends
• Day shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Stable, full-time hours
• Team-based care supporting geriatric populations

🧑‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding
• Escort participants to appointments and support transportation needs
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, weight, and pulse
• Support daily activities and encourage participant engagement
• Provide translation support as needed (Korean-English)
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with the care team

🎯 Requirements to Apply

• Active California CNA Certification required
• Minimum 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA, PCA, or home care)
• Bilingual English / Korean required
• Experience working with elderly or geriatric populations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
