We are looking for dedicated and experienced CNAs or HHAs to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a warm home environment. If you have a passion for helping others and meet our requirements, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience
• Valid CNA license or HHA certificate (required)
• Ability to work day shifts consistently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Ability to speak Hebrew (Israeli preferred)
• Open to male or female candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care ensuring comfort and safety
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Support mobility: transfers and repositioning
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition
• Assist with medication reminders (as permitted)
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care: laundry, meal prep, maintaining a clean environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with family and care team

• Dependable and punctual, especially for day shifts
• Compassionate and patient-focused
• Able to work independently and handle responsibilities confidently
• Comfortable communicating in Hebrew and supporting an Israeli family environment
