Role Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join our sponsor's team at ICON Strategic Solutions. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical trials from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage site relationships, and provide strategic input for successful trial outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trial protocols and procedures.
- Foster and manage strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.
- Lead start-up and maintenance submissions to the Ethics Committee (EC).
- Ensure all trials comply with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Identify and solve issues related to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.
Your Profile
- University degree in medicine, science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to drive clinical deliverables effectively.
- Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area.
- Prior monitoring experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, primarily domestically, with a valid driver's license.
