Position Details

• Location: 1038 W N Blvd Suite 101, Leesburg, FL 34748
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional weekends)
• Compensation: Competitive hourly base pay

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Obtain informed consent from study participants.
• Execute study protocol procedures meticulously and professionally.
• Perform human specimen lab draws, processing, and package shipments.
• Create and complete study source documents and report adverse events using e-source systems.
• Maintain study-specific files and supplies.
• Communicate with Study Sponsor/CRO regarding study-related questions.
• Participate in site visits, including initiation and monitoring visits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills ✅

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Clinical skills such as vital signs, EKG/ECG, phlebotomy, and injections highly preferred
• At least 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (preferred)
• Familiarity with e-source reporting platforms
• Understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards and self-motivation
• Critical thinking abilities
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and lab procedures
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite
