About the Role: Clinical & Operations Manager 🏢
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical & Operations Manager to oversee the development and management of Lyra Israel’s Workforce Mental Health (WFMH) operations. This pivotal role is scheduled to launch in Q3 2025 and involves managing all facets of operations, clinical governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure excellence and alignment with global standards.
This is a permanent, location-independent role, requiring a five-day workweek with standard hours, and flexibility to work after hours when necessary.
Key Responsibilities 🚀
- Develop and implement Lyra Israel Clinical Operations in line with strategic goals
- Recruit and manage a high-quality clinical and operational team
- Support client services for WFMH customers alongside the Global Customer Services team
- Build a tailored affiliate network across Israel to enhance service delivery
- Ensure clinical services meet global standards and adhere to SLAs
- Collaborate with the Global Governance Manager to uphold clinical standards
- Develop governance, training, protocols, and operational manuals
- Maintain strong relationships with local clinical partners for effective service delivery
- Analyze operational data and produce management reports and metrics
Qualifications 🎓
- Relevant clinical qualification; preference for qualified Psychologists
- Registration with all required local medical or psychological councils
- Minimum 5 years of management experience within EAP operations
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the EAP field
- Proficiency in telephony and online clinical systems

- Skilled in managing clinical and administrative staff with supervision capabilities
- Strong operational management skills, including resource planning and forecasting
- A team player who performs well under pressure
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written
- Computer literacy, familiar with case management and communication systems
- Experience in developing training materials and facilitating clinical training
- Customer-focused with excellent client engagement skills
- Strong clinical understanding and risk management ability
- Good at time management and balancing multiple priorities
- Business-minded with commercial awareness
