Job Summary

Under limited supervision, you will serve as the principal leader and advocate for nursing informatics and clinical technology advancements. Your role encompasses:

• Promoting technology use to optimize nursing workflows
• Supporting the delivery of evidence-based care
• Monitoring nursing practices and patient outcomes
• Leading clinical innovations and transforming nursing care delivery through technology

Requirements

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with multidisciplinary knowledge. The minimum qualifications include:

• Master's degree (BSN and MSN required; Doctoral preferred)
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Maryland Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association CPR Certification
• Participation in professional organizations
• Informatics Certification required
