Lyra Israel Clinical Consultants – Permanent Role

We are seeking to appoint dedicated Clinical Consultants to deliver high-quality counselling and clinical case management services to our international Workforce Mental Health (WFMH) clients based in Israel. This is a remote, full-time position based in Israel, requiring a commitment of five days per week.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Israel
  • Provide all entitled services in a professional and respectful manner, adhering to standards set with the Clinical and Operations Manager
  • Accurately document case information on the database for clinical management
  • Follow all clinical protocols, standards, and procedures as directed by the Clinical and Operations Manager
  • Maintain operational standards as specified by management

Qualifications ✅

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Psychology or Social Work
  • Registration with the relevant professional body within Israel
  • Minimum of 2 years post-master’s experience
  • Experience in providing short-term counselling and case management

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field.

About You 🌟

  • Proficient in computer literacy and typing speed
  • Bilingual in English and Hebrew; ability to counsel in Arabic is an advantage
  • Able to integrate Clinical and EAP approaches effectively
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Articulate with a good telephone manner and ability to provide telephonic therapy
  • Solid clinical understanding with the ability to manage risk
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Team player who works well under pressure
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen

Operational Details ⏰

The clinical operations in Lyra Israel are available 24/7, and the role will involve shift work. While initial operations will follow standard hours, these requirements may evolve over time.
