Position: Senior Clinical Assistant
We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Senior Clinical Assistant to join our Unified Care team. This role combines technical and clinical responsibilities to develop innovative, team-based chronic disease management programs. You will work with iHealth devices and our Unified Care platform to support patients both on-site and online, collaborating with other clinical team members.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Patient Support & Education: Teach elderly patients how to use mobile apps and medical devices; troubleshoot technical issues patiently and effectively.
- Clinical Assistance: Assist with direct patient care procedures, including checking in patients, obtaining medical histories, taking vital signs, preparing charts, and supporting medical examinations.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in electronic health systems.
- Technical Setup & Operations: Set up iHealth products for patients following established protocols; obtain labs and tests as required by providers.
- Inventory Management: Oversee clinic supplies and medical inventories.
- Patient Education & Care: Advise patients on medical issues within established parameters, including prescription info.
- Clinic Coordination: Manage patient flow, coordinate routine office tasks, and maintain clinic environments.
- Safety & Infection Control: Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Qualifications 🎓
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Strong trainability and flexibility
- Basic computer skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent teamwork or leadership qualities
- Bilingual in Cantonese is required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
