About the Role

In this role, you will engage with early childcare programs, directors, key staff, and stakeholders to provide information, address inquiries, and assist in navigating ELV’s shared services products. You will also be responsible for training early childcare providers on our web-based tools, online resource platforms, and third-party financial solutions, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Support Early Child Care Programs: Provide product and service information remotely and in person, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
• Deliver Training: Conduct product and service training sessions for directors and staff via instructor-led formats and webinars.
• Content Development: Assist in creating and maintaining engaging training materials for both in-person and online sessions.
• Client Support & Retention: Support the onboarding of new clients and foster ongoing relationships with existing ones.
• Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records in reporting databases and prepare insightful reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships, providing regular feedback and reinforcement.
• Project & Quality Assurance: Follow project guidelines, assist with updates, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Team Collaboration & Additional Duties: Work cross-functionally as needed, perform translation support, and track client interactions using CRM tools.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills in both.
• Attention to Detail & Results-Driven: Focused on quality and achieving outcomes.
• Technical Proficiency: Quick learner of new software, proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with cloud applications and CRM tools.
• Time Management: Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Problem Solving & Independence: Self-motivated with analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Adaptability: Comfortable leading change and working in a fast-paced environment.

💼 Experience & Technical Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, data entry, or product training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with multiple operating systems and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with CRM tools and navigating multiple browsers and tabs.

🏡 Remote Work Essentials

• A dedicated private workspace on remote workdays.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 90 Mbps and upload speed of 15 Mbps.
