About This Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Client Success Manager to lead the growth, change, and success of our clients leveraging Popmenu's platform. This role requires a toolkit of best practices and a passion for fostering long-term adoption of our platform. The ideal candidate is highly curious and motivated to help clients reach their full potential.
What's On Your Plate 🍽️
- Client Success: Manage adoption and retention for a portfolio of 200+ clients by engaging with them, sharing best practices, and supporting growth. Focus on net retention and upselling opportunities. Fluency in Spanish is a plus for many clients.
- Support for Restaurant Owners: Provide quick and effective assistance with advice, billing inquiries, and product functionalities.
- Enablement Materials: Create engaging content to help clients succeed.
- Product Liaison: Serve as the bridge between the product team and clients/internal teams, translating features into customer benefits and keeping everyone updated on new functionalities.
Bottom line: Your mission is to ensure clients continue to find value in Popmenu.
What You Bring To The Table 🧩
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—clear, concise, and effective
- Entrepreneurial mindset—self-motivated, autonomous, eager to learn
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience with AI tools and managing large client portfolios
- Experience with renewals and churn negotiations
- Organized and goal-focused—balancing long-term objectives with daily tasks
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and tools
- Experience rolling out products in restaurants and hospitality (preferable)
- 1-3 years of customer success experience
Benefits and Compensation 💰
At Popmenu, transparency is key. While money isn't everything, it matters. We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $67,000 to $75,000, plus bonus potential. Final offers are based on experience and other factors.
