Job Overview 📋

The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, resolving inquiries, and supporting client retention and growth. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and maximizing the value of restaurants within our network by minimizing churn, enhancing satisfaction, and upselling services like cash conversions.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence two days a week in Chicago. We are especially interested in candidates who are bilingual in Spanish — please apply within!

Responsibilities (What You’ll Bring to the Table) 🍽️

  • Oversee the customer journey for a portfolio of accounts, from onboarding to ongoing support, to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to minimize churn (e.g., missing tickets, accounts receivables, managing exclusions).
  • Respond promptly to support requests, guiding clients through product features to optimize their benefits.
  • Communicate regularly to ensure clients realize the full value of our services, boosting Net Promotor Scores (NPS).
  • Identify opportunities within your portfolio to introduce and upsell products, such as Cash conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with regional managers and sales teams to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and foster business growth.
  • Monitor account health metrics, providing insights to leadership regarding renewal and conversion opportunities.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to influence future service offerings.

Requirements (Do You Have the Right Ingredients?) 📝

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting internal/external clients within a sales/support environment; customer/client service experience is required.
  • Experience managing high volumes of calls/emails related to client service.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting with changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible in working independently.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and software applications.
  • Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.

  • This is a full-time, nonexempt position with an hourly base salary estimated at $29.81 - $33.65 (equivalent to $62,000 - $70,000 annually), depending on experience. It also includes a monthly incentive plan targeting approximately $10,500 per year.
