About the Role
The Client Services Coordinator will oversee client intake, service logistics, and administrative processes, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate data tracking, and program integrity. The position is vital to fulfilling Yad Ezra’s mission of respectful, compassionate support within the Jewish community.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Support 🤝
- Manage client application intake and review process
- Oversee onboarding for new and one-time clients
- Effectively communicate service policies, expectations, and updates
- Serve as the primary contact for all client-facing services
- Be present and available during all client-serving sessions to offer direct support
Logistics & Coordination 🚚
- Prepare and organize daily food pickup and delivery orders
- Coordinate schedules with Yad Ezra staff and volunteer drivers
- Act as liaison with Jewish Family Services (JFS) for delivery inquiries
- Ensure smooth daily operations for both in-house and remote services
Program Oversight 🎉
- Manage the Simcha Fund application and reimbursement processes confidentially
- Lead seasonal initiatives like Chanukkah gift distribution and holiday support programs
- Maintain updated signage, flyers, and outreach materials in English and other relevant languages
Reporting & Data Management 📊
- Compile monthly reports on client services and participation metrics
- Monitor outreach engagement and assess client needs trends
- Maintain accurate records using databases and spreadsheets
Qualifications
- Experience in social services, nonprofit, or community outreach settings
- Ability to work empathetically with diverse populations
- Knowledge of Jewish traditions, practices, and community structures; cultural competency essential
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Hebrew) a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and client management systems
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and resolve problems in real-time
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or holidays for special programming
Compensation & Benefits 💼
- Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000, based on experience
