Overview

Role Insights 📝 — As a Client Service Professional, you'll be at the heart of our organization, serving as the communication hub between clients, patients, and internal teams. Your role involves handling a high volume of incoming calls, resolving claims issues, authorizations, and various other challenges with energy, enthusiasm, and a dedication to delivering 5-star service.

The ideal candidate should be confident in their problem-solving skills and able to execute solutions promptly. Additionally, you will make follow-up calls to ensure challenges are resolved effectively. Strong time-management skills are crucial. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include the number of inbound and outbound calls, escalation rates, and other metrics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from health providers, health plans, and patients requesting updates on claims, authorizations for services, eligibility, and other medical inquiries.
  • Provide information regarding medical service eligibility.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Identify, research, and resolve issues related to claims, eligibility, and authorizations.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls as needed.
  • Monitor and report inappropriate trends in customer calls to management.
  • Recommend process improvements based on your observations.
  • Document all calls and actions accurately in AMM proprietary software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Fluency in Korean is a MUST 🇰🇷
  • Experience working REMOTELY (1-2 years)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of call center experience strongly preferred
  • 1+ year in medical or healthcare environment preferred
  • High energy and goal-oriented mindset ⚡
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 🗣️✍️
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills 😊
  • Outstanding work ethic and commitment to service excellence
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 🕗
