About the Role

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will manage client relationships by resolving issues via phone and email, conducting remote meetings to help clients achieve their specific KPIs, and overseeing all aspects of client retention and health. You will act as a vital link, collaborating closely with our internal teams—Sales, Development, and Operations—to promptly address client needs and build mutually successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities 🗝️

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
• Conduct remote meetings to assist clients in achieving their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Promptly address and resolve client issues, maintaining detailed interaction records.
• Learn and apply knowledge of our technical systems.
• Collaborate with internal experts to resolve complex client tickets and test solutions.

What You'll Bring 🤝

• 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Prior experience with payroll software/applications (required).
• Payroll management experience (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Strong critical thinking and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with Time & Attendance, HR, and general database design is a plus.
