Position Summary

The Client Relations Specialist supports MPEX clients by answering questions and resolving issues via phone or email. They conduct remote meetings to assist clients in achieving their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which vary depending on client size, service level, and unique needs. The role involves ensuring all aspects of client health, maintenance, and retention are managed effectively to foster successful partnerships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Learn and communicate knowledge of all technical stacks used within the organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Schedule web-based meetings or phone calls with clients as needed
  • Collaborate with trainers and system experts to resolve client tickets
  • Identify problems and recommend solutions to overcome issues
  • Promptly address and resolve client issues, maintain detailed records of interactions, and work with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct thorough testing to verify resolution of product issues, providing feedback and further troubleshooting as required
  • Perform other duties as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Personable, well-spoken with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical proficiency, with a general working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with payroll software/applications
  • Fluency in English and French (verbal and written)
  • Critical thinking skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Payroll management experience required
  • Experience with Time & Attendance and HR systems is a plus
  • Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment

Education & Experience

  • DEC in Computer Science required
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant related experience
  • Experience in web-based training, communication, and payroll management
  • Knowledge of database design and usage, especially relational databases, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Hebrew language skills are preferred
