Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain excellent connections with prospective and existing clients.
• Lead activation & follow-up: Activate new client leads and engage with potential clients to foster growth.
• Client inquiries: Handle questions effectively, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
• Client analysis: Perform personal clientele analysis and take appropriate actions.
• Market awareness: Stay updated on new developments, products, and marketing promotions launched by Trading Point; communicate relevant details to clients.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and company procedures.
• System improvements: Offer suggestions on system enhancements to optimize client experience.
• Business development: Act in the best interest of the company and collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
• Team collaboration: Work effectively with other departments as needed to drive success.

Qualifications

• Degree in a business-related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Fluent Italian speaker with excellent oral and written English skills
• Client handling experience in the financial services sector (advantageous)
• Reliable, with high integrity
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, innovative, and goal-oriented
• Valid work permit required
