Job Overview

As a Client Relations Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our departments while engaging with the community to promote a welcoming and supportive environment. This is an entry-level role offering structured training and growth opportunities.

Main Responsibilities 📋

  • Manage large volumes of data in Excel, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support: filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and organizing materials.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, delivering accurate information and addressing requests.
  • Create and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document management.
  • Draft, review, and prepare various communications including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Support team projects and contribute to achieving department goals.
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders through proactive communication.

Qualifications 🎓

  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Entry-level with comprehensive training provided.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.

Schedule ⏰

Compensation 💰
