Responsibilities
Position Purpose
Client Management Associates are responsible for responding promptly and accurately to client inquiries via phone, chat, or email. By applying procedural knowledge and guidelines, associates foster strong client relationships while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Join a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service
- Handle trading inquiries and client issues through multiple communication channels
- Perform trade research and provide quotes
- Support clients by answering questions regarding accounts, policies, and services
- Place Spot FX, CFD, and Commodity trades; discuss equity and fixed income markets, international markets, and economic conditions
- Engage clients to uncover unmet needs and financial goals, promoting relevant company products and services
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, delivering results-oriented solutions
- Assist with opening new accounts and support existing clients
- Learn industry regulations, policies, and available programs/services
- Maintain a professional, positive image and demonstrate excellent communication skills
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin is required 🌐
- Availability to work from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET ⏰
- Ability to work in-office 4 days a week with 1 remote day optional 🏢💻
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
- Proficiency in calculating currency pair requirements, liquidation values, and minimum maintenance margins
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 🎓
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality 🔒
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Effective conflict resolution abilities and problem-solving skills
- Approachable, dependable, flexible, and conscientious
- Strong computer skills; comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously 💻🖱️
- Genuine interest in financial services and investment fields
- Self-confidence and composure in challenging situations
- Authorization to work in the US for any employer 🇺🇸
