Position Purpose

Client Management Associates are responsible for responding to client inquiries swiftly and accurately through phones, chats, or emails. Develop and manage client relationships by applying procedural knowledge and guidelines effectively during interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a dedicated team enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Handle trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email, and live chat
  • Conduct trade research and provide quotes
  • Support clients with account, policy, service, and product inquiries through inbound calls or emails
  • Place Spot FX, CFDs, and commodity trades; facilitate discussions on equity markets, fixed income, international markets, and economic conditions
  • Engage clients in meaningful dialogue to identify unstated needs and financial goals
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering solutions-focused results
  • Assist in opening new accounts and support existing customers
  • Learn and apply new concepts related to industry regulations, policies, and programs
  • Build rapport and communicate effectively with clients
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Availability to work 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
  • Willingness to work in-office 4 days a week with 1 day remote option
  • Strong mathematics, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for various currency pairs, CFDs, metals, and commodities
  • Experience in calculating liquidation values
  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Business Management, or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • Integrity in handling sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Approachable, flexible, dependable, and conscientious
  • Proficient computer and typing skills, capable of navigating 4-5 software systems simultaneously
  • Keen interest in investment and financial services
  • Self-confidence and composure in challenging situations
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
