Business Segment Overview

Position Purpose
The Client Management Associate responds to client inquiries accurately and promptly via phone, chat, and email. This role involves applying procedural knowledge, building strong relationships, and delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a dedicated team managing all aspects of the customer experience 🤝
- Handle inbound trading inquiries and client issues through phone, email, and live chat 📞💬
- Conduct trade research and provide quotes 💹
- Support clients by answering questions related to accounts, policies, services, and products 📝
- Execute Spot FX, CFDs, and commodity trades; facilitate discussions about equity markets, fixed income, international markets, and economic conditions 🌍💱
- Engage clients in meaningful dialogue to identify unstated needs and financial goals 🎯
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, delivering solutions-focused results ⚡
- Assist with onboarding new clients and support existing customers in opening and managing accounts 📂
- Continuously learn industry licensing, regulations, policies, and available services 📚
- Display excellent communication skills, building rapport and trust with clients 🗣️
- Maintain a professional and positive image consistently 😊
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin is required 🀄️
- Availability to work from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET 🕒
- Must work onsite 4 days a week, with 1 day optional remote work 🏢💻
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills 🔢
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality 📝
- Ability to determine minimum maintenance for various currency pairs, CFDs, metals, and commodities 💱
- Skill in calculating product liquidation values 💼
- BS/BA degree preferred in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or equivalent experience 🎓
- Sense of integrity, handling sensitive information with confidentiality 🔒
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills 🗣️✉️
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities ⚖️
- Approachable, dependable, flexible, and diligent personality traits 🤝
