Business Segment Overview

Position Purpose 🎯
Client Management Associates are pivotal in delivering exceptional client service by responding to inquiries accurately and promptly via phone, chat, or email. You will apply procedural knowledge and guidelines while cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities 📝
- Be part of a dedicated team managing all facets of the customer experience
- Handle incoming trading inquiries and client issues through phone, email, and live chat
- Conduct trade research and provide quotes
- Support clients by addressing questions about accounts, policies, services, and products
- Place Spot FX, CFDs, and commodity trades; facilitate discussions about equity, fixed income, international markets, and economic conditions
- Engage clients in meaningful dialogue to uncover unstated needs or financial objectives, recommending suitable services or tools
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering solutions-focused results
- Assist with inbound and outbound account openings for interested prospects and support existing clients
- Learn and apply new concepts related to industry licenses, regulations, policies, and available programs
- Exhibit excellent consultative, rapport-building, listening, and communication skills
- Maintain a positive, professional image at all times
Job Requirements ✅
- Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory
- Ability to work from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET
- On-site presence in the office at least 4 days a week, with 1 day permittedRemote
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
- Knowledge of minimum maintenance requirements across currency pairs, CFDs, metals, and commodities
- Capability to calculate liquidation values of offered products
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or equivalent education and experience
- Integrity with the ability to handle sensitive information Confidentially
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Approachable, adaptable, dependable, and conscientious
- Proficient computer and typing skills; adept at navigating multiple software systems simultaneously
- Keen interest in investment and financial services
- Self-confidence and composure in challenging situations
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
