Responsibilities
Position Purpose
Client Management Associates respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries via phone, chat, or email. They apply procedural knowledge and guidelines to support client relationships effectively.
- Be part of a dedicated team managing all aspects of the customer experience
- Handle inbound trading inquiries and client issues through various communication channels
- Conduct trade research and provide quotes
- Assist clients with accounts, policies, services, and products via phone and email
- Place Spot FX, CFDs, and commodity trades; facilitate discussions on equity, fixed income, and international markets
- Engage clients in meaningful dialogue to uncover unstated needs and financial goals
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering solutions-focused results
- Support account opening for interested clients and assist existing customers
- Continuously learn about industry regulations, policies, and new programs/services
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin is required
- Availability to work from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET
- In-office presence four days a week, with one day remote (optional)
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
- Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for currency pairs, CFDs, metals, and commodities
- Capability to calculate liquidation values of offered products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Approachable, dependable, adaptable, and conscientious
- Proficient in computer and typing skills; comfortable navigating multiple software systems
- Genuine interest in investment and financial services
- Confident, composed, and self-assured in challenging situations
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer
