Business Segment Overview
Corporate: Participate in a range of crucial activities essential to our success, including strategic marketing, financial management, human resources, and operations. You will have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement impactful policies.
Position Purpose
Client Management Associates are responsible for responding to client inquiries accurately and promptly via phone, chat, or email. They apply procedural knowledge and guidelines effectively while developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a team dedicated to enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Handle incoming trading inquiries and client issues through phone, email, and live chat.
- Conduct trade research and provide quotes.
- Support clients by addressing inbound calls/emails related to accounts, policies, services, and products.
- Execute Spot FX, CFDs, and commodity trades; provide quotes and discuss equity, fixed income, international markets, and economic conditions.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations to uncover hidden needs or financial goals, suggesting relevant company services or tools.
- Assist clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering solutions-focused results.
- Facilitate the opening of new accounts for interested prospects and support existing clients.
- Continuously learn about industry licensing, regulations, policies, procedures, and available programs/services.
- Exhibit excellent consultative, rapport-building, listening, and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive, professional image at all times.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
- Availability to work from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
- Must work in our office 4 days weekly; 1 day remote work is optional.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for various currency pairs, CFDs, metals, and commodities.
- Capability to calculate the liquidation values of offered products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Approachable, dependable, flexible, and conscientious.
- Proficient in computers and typing; comfortable navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Keen interest in investments and financial services.
- Self-confident with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
