Responsibilities ✍️

  • Position Purpose: Client Management Associates respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, chat, or email, accurately applying procedural knowledge while fostering strong client relationships.
  • Handle incoming trading inquiries and client issues through multiple channels.
  • Conduct trade research and provide quotes.
  • Support clients by answering questions about accounts, policies, services, and products.
  • Place Spot FX, CFDs, and Commodity trades; discuss equity markets, fixed income, international markets, and economic conditions.
  • Engage clients to identify financial goals and suggest additional company services or products.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to deliver solutions-focused results.
  • Assist in opening new accounts and support existing customers effectively.
  • Learn industry licensing, regulations, policies, and available programs/services.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, rapport-building, and listening skills.
  • Maintain a positive, professional image at all times.

Qualifications & Job Requirements 🎯

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is required.
  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
  • Work Environment: In-office 4 days a week with 1 optional remote day.
  • Technical Skills: Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in computer systems and typing.
  • Financial Knowledge: Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements and calculate liquidation values of products.
  • Educational Background: BS/BA in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Integrity & Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, verbal, and written abilities.
  • Additional Skills: Conflict resolution, approachability, dependability, and flexibility.
  • Interest & Confidence: Keen interest in investment and financial services, with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
  • Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Location & Compensation 🏢💰

This hybrid role is based in Warren, New Jersey, offering competitive entry-level compensation aligned with regional standards.
