Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Client Intake Specialist (Arabic) to join our on-site team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring each interaction is positive and welcoming. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting client intake interviews
• Accurately documenting client information
• Responding to inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Assisting clients in navigating available services and resources

Note: Fluency in Arabic and effective communication in both Arabic and English are essential for success in this role. 💬

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality client experiences
• Experience in customer service and providing exceptional support
• Proficiency in managing and improving customer experiences
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Familiarity with the cultural nuances of the MENA, Assyrian, Chaldean, and Syriac communities (a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or social work degrees are favorable
