Client Experience Specialist – International & Tech Commercial Banking

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Experience Specialist to support our International & Tech Commercial Banking team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our clients by managing incoming service requests and maintaining operational integrity. Given the client group, fluency in Hebrew is a nice to have. 😊

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the client journey to ensure exceptional services are provided with quick and accurate turnaround times. This includes engaging with the assigned team on client onboardings for deposit accounts and treasury services, as well as escalating research requests.
  • Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain a positive experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients within the assigned market vertical and take ownership of the completion of requests.
  • Foster a culture of partnership and collaboration with internal business partners to drive consistent communication and alignment.
  • Liaise and advocate on behalf of clients and ensure continuity of care when additional internal expert involvement is required.
  • Identify cross-sale opportunities and connect with appropriate lines of business partners.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations related to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC.
  • Complete annual BSA training.
  • Report suspicions of criminal activity or attempts to evade BSA reporting requirements to the AML/BSA Compliance Department.
  • For supervisory roles,Ensure BSA training is completed by staff.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, email, and bank core systems such as Salesforce.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform complex assignments with high mental alertness, sound judgment, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with external clients and internal project teams.
  • Effective multi-tasking and workflow prioritization abilities.
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Corporate Deposit Account Types.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and online banking platforms.

Required Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED with 3+ years of banking experience in customer service or treasury management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus experience working with diverse Commercial/Corporate businesses such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Government, Industrial, etc., is preferred.
