The Opportunity 💼
We are seeking a Bilingual Client Experience Specialist to join our team at the Lenexa, KS office. Our employees are the foundation of our success, enabling us to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
The Client Experience Specialist reports directly to the Client Experience Supervisor.
Responsibilities 📋
- Greet clients warmly over the phone, offering expert guidance and building long-lasting relationships.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Educate clients about our services, assist with onboarding, and positively impact client success.
- Collaborate with different departments to address client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our company database.
Qualifications ✅
- Customer service expert with excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus!).
- Call center experience is a bonus but not required.
- Bilingual candidates in Spanish & English (written and verbal) preferred.
