What You’ll Do 🚀

The SAP Private Cloud organization delivers cloud-hosted infrastructure, technical services, and application management to our private cloud clients. As a Client Delivery Manager, you will serve as the main customer-facing representative, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities Include:

• Own and nurture the client engagement for SAP Private Cloud, acting as the voice of the client within SAP.
• Lead the end-to-end SAP Private Cloud engagement, coordinating with internal teams to meet contractual and customer expectations.
• Develop proactive service plans and conduct regular review meetings covering operational and strategic topics.
• Serve as an escalation point for delivery-related issues such as incidents and service requests.
• Ensure seamless coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding activities, migration projects, and other service delivery initiatives.
• Support change management processes, contract compliance, and risk assessments within the client lifecycle.
• Assist in positioning additional SAP Private Cloud services and facilitate contract renewals in partnership with sales teams.
• Manage medium to large, complex accounts effectively.

What You Bring 🎯

• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Turkish are advantageous.
• Proven experience managing client engagements in Service Delivery Management, Consulting, or Pre-Sales roles.
• Exceptional customer orientation with skills in relationship management, expectation setting, and de-escalation.
• Solid understanding of SAP Basis, system migrations, or SAP applications.
• Knowledge of technical infrastructure and virtualized system landscapes.
• Awareness of current IT trends and SAP’s strategic service offerings.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Certifications in SAP Basis, IT Service Management, Project Management, Cloud, or IT infrastructure are a plus.
