Job Overview

Emeritus Home Care is expanding, and we’re seeking a dedicated individual who is organized, empathetic, and attentive to detail to join our team. This is a client-facing role that places you at the heart of communication and coordination, ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality care while maintaining efficient behind-the-scenes operations.

📋 Duties

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and families
  • Conduct bi-weekly Quality Assurance calls and document feedback
  • Complete and maintain accurate client documentation and records
  • Track and document service gaps, incidents, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule nursing supervisory visits
  • Develop and maintain clear care plans for caregivers
  • Ensure all client files and documentation are organized and audit-ready
  • Communicate with case managers and provide updates as needed
  • Support overall client satisfaction and service quality

🎓 Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Professional and dependable with strong follow-through
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling systems)
  • Experience in healthcare or home care preferred

🕒 Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • $18–$23 per hour, based on experience

🔹 Requirements

  • Must have completed at least 2 years of college OR hold a college degree
  • Must live within 35 minutes of Buford, GA
  • Must have 2+ years of administrative experience (healthcare or client-facing preferred)
  • Must possess strong, professional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner of new systems
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
