Job Overview
Emeritus Home Care is expanding, and we’re seeking a dedicated individual who is organized, empathetic, and attentive to detail to join our team. This is a client-facing role that places you at the heart of communication and coordination, ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality care while maintaining efficient behind-the-scenes operations.
📋 Duties
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and families
- Conduct bi-weekly Quality Assurance calls and document feedback
- Complete and maintain accurate client documentation and records
- Track and document service gaps, incidents, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate and schedule nursing supervisory visits
- Develop and maintain clear care plans for caregivers
- Ensure all client files and documentation are organized and audit-ready
- Communicate with case managers and provide updates as needed
- Support overall client satisfaction and service quality
🎓 Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Professional and dependable with strong follow-through
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling systems)
- Experience in healthcare or home care preferred
🕒 Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- $18–$23 per hour, based on experience
🔹 Requirements
- Must have completed at least 2 years of college OR hold a college degree
- Must live within 35 minutes of Buford, GA
- Must have 2+ years of administrative experience (healthcare or client-facing preferred)
- Must possess strong, professional communication skills (verbal & written)
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
- Tech-savvy and quick learner of new systems
- Reliable, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
