Join Our Team as a Client and Member Success Associate (CMSA) at Imagine360! 🚀

Imagine360 is on the lookout for a dedicated Client and Member Success Associate (CMSA) to help foster strong relationships and drive client and member success through exceptional support and strategic initiatives.

Position Location

100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client communications: Address concerns, follow-ups, and inquiries to ensure maximum satisfaction and collaborate closely with the Client Services team.
  • Become the CRM resource: Maintain deep product and process knowledge, assisting team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Educate and inform: Understand product and program guidelines, sharing best practices with CRMs and customers to optimize their experience.
  • Act as a liaison: Communicate with the support organization for client knowledge management and escalation handling.
  • Support member advocacy during the balance bill defense process: Work with clients, legal teams, and external stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and maintain a positive member journey. Provide white-glove service and proactive outreach.
  • Manage member caseloads: Use a high-touch advocacy approach to enhance the member experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate internally: Partner with teams to improve overall customer satisfaction, define success criteria, and develop action plans.
  • Handle escalated issues confidently: Act as the point person for member inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolutions and remediation.

Required Experience & Education

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years experience: In client services, account management, or similar customer service roles.
  • Proven success: In solution-oriented client engagement, handling challenges, and delivering exceptional service leading to high retention.
  • Healthcare and/or employee benefits experience: is a plus.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 10-15% as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
