Position Overview

The Client Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, deep product knowledge, and fostering a luxurious retail environment. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships, providing outstanding service, and acting as a true brand ambassador for RIMOWA.

Sales 🎯

  • Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall success and prestige.
  • Represent RIMOWA’s rich heritage, iconic designs, innovative engineering, and craftsmanship with pride.
  • Cultivate and manage an exclusive client portfolio, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business through personalized engagement, appointments, and events.
  • Support and inspire colleagues, nurturing a collaborative, high-performance sales environment.

Customer Service 💼

  • Uphold the RIMOWA brand ethos by maintaining impeccable professionalism at all times.
  • Provide a seamless, white-glove post-purchase experience by managing follow-ups, repairs, and service requests with care and discretion.
  • Anticipate client needs through a thorough knowledge of the brand’s history, new collections, and the luxury market landscape.
  • Create memorable, elevated moments for clients to reflect RIMOWA’s refinement and exclusivity.

Operations ⚙️

  • Execute all POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Confidently manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Participate proactively in inventory management, ensuring loss prevention and stock accuracy.
  • Maintain impeccable visual standards, ensuring the store’s appearance is polished, luxurious, and inviting.
  • Uphold operational readiness and store presentation standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • Experience in developing, nurturing, and retaining a discerning clientele; a strong existing luxury client book is highly desirable.
  • Impeccable personal presentation paired with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • A deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship, travel, and sophisticated lifestyles.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 20 lbs confidently.
  • Multilingual skills in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and/or Mandarin are a plus.
