About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Client Advisor - Bilingual Spanish to join our Miami store. In this role, you will work closely with your team to build loyal customer relationships, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional service experience centered around attentiveness and professionalism.

What You Will Do

Your primary focus will be caring for our customers throughout their entire shopping journey, supported by comprehensive training in luxury sales, service, and clienteling based on our innovative approach. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and executing omni-channel services
  • Welcoming and guiding customers through a seamless customer cycle, paying attention to every detail to deliver the best possible client experience
  • Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
  • Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing inventory

Personal Qualities We Value:

Relevant Experience & Knowledge

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles within retail or hospitality sectors
  • Proven success in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and clienteling
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages preferred based on market needs
  • Fluency in Spanish is strongly desired to succeed in this role
