As a Citizens Teller, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for our customers and your team every day.

What You'll Do 🤝

• Greet customers warmly in our lobby and create a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency with banking technology, including mobile apps and ATMs, to assist customers with transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals, connecting them with Bankers for further assistance.
• Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits, answer questions, and address concerns effectively.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and compliance with laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications ✅

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience processing transactions (cash or digital payments)
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on recommending products and services
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to ask questions, identify needs, and develop long-term relationships
• Problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying (prepare for a self-guided assessment with games and questions; ensure your camera and microphone are working)
• Bilingual in Mandarin & English (preferred)

Hours & Compensation ⏰

Hours per week: 40

Work schedule: Varies based on branch needs, including weekends and evenings

Salary Range: $24.15 - $29.30 per hour (actual pay based on location, skills, and experience)
