What You'll Do 📝

• Greet customers warmly in our lobby and assist with their needs.
• Demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs to complete simple transactions.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by identifying opportunities to help achieve their financial goals.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to our Bankers for further assistance.
• Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits, responding effectively to questions and concerns.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and compliance with laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications ✅

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, including recommending products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask insightful questions and identify customer needs.
• Problem-solving skills and providing effective solutions.
• Customer-centric attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable with digital technology to support business goals.
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Successful completion of a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying. Preparation includes a 30-45 minute self-guided assessment with games and questions, so find a quiet space, and ensure your device's camera and microphone are operational.

Hours & Compensation ⏰

• Hours per week: 40
• Schedule: Varies based on branch needs, including weekends and evenings.
• Pay Range: $24.15 - $29.30 per hour (based on location, skills, and experience).
