🎯 What You'll Do
- Greet Customers: Welcome clients in our lobby and assist with their banking needs.
- Demonstrate Technology: Show customers how to use our mobile app and ATMs to complete transactions.
- Create Exceptional Experiences: Help customers achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions, connecting them to our Bankers for next steps.
- Educate & Respond: Share knowledge about Citizens products and benefits, answering questions or addressing concerns.
- Follow Policies & Procedures: Ensure proper cash handling and compliance with local and state laws and regulations.

🎓 Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
- At least 6 months experience processing transactions (cash or digital payments)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, promoting products and services
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to ask questions, identify needs, and develop long-term relationships
- Problem-solving skills to offer effective solutions
- Customer-centric attitude for delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable with digital technology
- Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
- Application Process: Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying, involving 30-45 minutes of self-guided games and questions, using a device with camera and microphone.

Salary Range: $24.15 - $29.30 per hour
