🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Branch Performance: Oversee sales growth, operational integrity, and an exceptional colleague and customer experience.
- Inspire & Coach: Utilize leadership skills to motivate your team, foster collaboration, and implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Digital Engagement: Promote seamless access to mobile and online banking platforms, emphasizing a digital-first approach.
- Talent Development: Build a diverse talent pipeline, develop colleagues’ skills, and support their growth through continuous coaching.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Combine financial acumen with strategic insights to guide branch decisions and exceed targets.
- Community Engagement: Act as a visible brand ambassador, connecting with local communities to foster relationships and attract new customers.
📝 Qualifications & Credentials
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience with coaching and development skills
- At least 4 years of sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking
- Successful history of achieving sales and branch goals in a profit and loss setting
- Exceptional customer experience demonstrated through satisfaction surveys
- Strong partnerships with community and civic organizations
- Compliance with the SAFE Act, including background checks and NMLS registration
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in retail banking
- Talent sourcing & assessment skills
- Bilingual abilities (Chinese or Hebrew)
🕒 Hours & Compensation
- Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Work Schedule: Varies based on branch needs, may include weekends and evenings
- Salary Range: $89,700 - $113,000 annually
