• Support spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs by understanding customers' personal financial goals.

• Introduce customers to digital banking tools, including mobile apps and ATMs.
• Collaborate with professionals in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, proper cash handling, and comply with laws and regulations.

📝 Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Effective question-asking skills to identify customer needs
• Successful relationship-building and product/service referral experience
• Proficiency with digital technology to support business objectives
• Strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and partners
• Self-motivated, confident, and capable of multitasking
• Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including pre-employment screening and NMLS registration
• Successful completion of a video interview assessment within 7 days of application

• 1 year of cash handling experience
• Spanish language skills (preferred)
