• Build relationships by understanding customers' personal financial goals.
• Recommend tailored solutions for saving, borrowing, investing, and planning for the future.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking options, including apps and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Adhere to all policies and regulations, including proper cash handling and legal compliance.

🔸 Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Mandarin
• Previous banking experience
• At least 2 years in sales and customer service role
• Ability to meet goals and build relationships
• Experience with digital banking tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements & successful completion of pre-employment checks
