Position Overview

Starting Salary: $25 / hour and up

As a Citizens Bankers, you'll use your communication skills and financial knowledge to assist customers with their financial needs, from spending and saving to borrowing and investing. You'll identify customer goals, recommend tailored solutions, and introduce innovative banking channels like mobile apps and ATMs.

You will also collaborate across departments such as Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to support complex financial plans. Outbound calls to attract new clients and schedule financial checkups will be part of your routine, helping you understand and anticipate customer needs. All policies, including cash handling and legal compliance, will be followed diligently.

Required Qualifications ✅

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Mandarin
• Experience in Banking, Sales, or Customer Service (minimum 2 years)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with digital technology
• Ability to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends
• Complete pre-employment screening and obtain NMLS unique identifier
• Prepare for a video interview assessment within 7 days of application

Preferred Skills & Experience ⭐

• At least 1 year of cash handling experience

Weekly Hours: 40

Schedule: Varies, may include weekends and evenings

Location: Flushing, Queens, NY

Compensation 💰

The hourly pay range for this role is $28.75 - $35.38, dependent on experience and location.
