• Leverage your communication and problem-solving skills along with your broad financial knowledge to recommend solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Understand customers’ personal financial goals and suggest tailored strategies to help them succeed — whether planning for the future, buying a home, or opening a new credit card.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking solutions via our app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners to address complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups, adapting solutions over time to meet changing needs.
• Follow all financial policies and regulations, including proper cash handling and compliance with local laws.

Qualifications & Requirements ✅

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience with goal achievement
• Strong question-asking and needs identification skills
• Proven relationship-building capabilities and product referral experience, via in-person and phone interactions
• Comfort with digital technology supporting business objectives
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to offer solutions
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with teammates and partners
• Self-motivated, confident, and adept at multitasking
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Compliance with SAFE Act, including pre-employment checks and NMLS registration
• Successful completion of a video interview assessment within 7 days after applying (prepare by dedicating 30-45 minutes, find a quiet place, and ensure your device's camera and microphone are working)

Preferred Skills & Experience 🌟

• At least 1 year of cash handling experience
• Spanish language skills (preferred)
