Position: Citizens Bankers

Starting Salary: $25/hour and up

As a Citizens Banker, you'll dedicate your time to building lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and guiding them with trusted financial solutions.

Utilize your broad financial knowledge to recommend tailored solutions that support customers’ spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.

• Assist with financial planning for the future, home purchases, or opening new credit accounts.
• Introduce customers to digital banking tools like our app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all policies and regulations, including cash handling and compliance laws.

Required Qualifications ✅

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Mandarin
• Prior banking experience
• At least 2 years in sales and customer service, meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong communication to identify customer needs
• Proven relationship-building skills and product recommendations
• Digital technology proficiency
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Collaborative mindset with teammates and partners
• Self-motivated, confident, and multitasking ability
• Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements and successful completion of screening checks
• Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying — prepare by setting aside 30-45 minutes, finding a quiet space, and having a camera-enabled device ready.

• 1 year cash handling experience

• Work Hours: 40 hours/week, schedule varies with branch needs, including weekends and evenings.
• Location: Flushing, Queens
