Citizens Bankers are the face of our branches. They dedicate their time to understanding customers and providing trusted advice to nurture meaningful connections.

  • Utilize your communication and problem-solving skills to recommend financial solutions that support spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
  • Learn about customers' personal financial goals and suggest tailored strategies, such as planning for the future, buying a home, or opening a credit card.
  • Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking methods via our app or ATMs.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners to address complex financial needs.
  • Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups, understanding customer needs over time.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including cash handling and compliance with laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED
  • Bilingual in Mandarin
  • Previous banking experience
  • At least 2 years in sales and customer service with proven goal achievement
  • Strong questioning skills to identify customer needs
  • Experience building relationships and referring financial products
  • Familiarity with digital banking tools
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Collaborative mindset with teammates and partners
  • Self-motivated, confident, and effective multitasker
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including a successful background check and NMLS registration

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $28.75 – $35.38 per hour, based on skills and experience. We offer competitive pay plus full benefits, including:
