What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Assist with various banking needs, including spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
  • Introduce digital and mobile banking solutions, enhancing customer experience.
  • Collaborate with specialists in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for complex needs.
  • Make outbound calls to attract new customers and schedule financial checkups.
  • Follow all financial policies, including cash handling and compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience, with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to identify needs and build relationships.
  • Experience in recommending products/services via in-person and phone interactions.
  • Proficiency with digital technology to support business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with teammates and partners.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment checks and obtaining NMLS identifier in accordance with the SAFE Act.
  • Participation in a video interview assessment—prepare by setting aside 30-45 minutes, find a quiet space, and ensure your equipment is ready.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience.
